I’m Raelynn Goodwin. I’m a Creative Resilience Coach based in Yarmouth, Nova Scotia, supporting women and workplaces through grief, burnout, identity shifts, and transitions.
Through one-on-one guidance, workshops, and workplace resilience sessions, I use accessible, art-based practices to help people navigate what’s changing and move forward with confidence.
My approach is not therapy. It’s practical artistry… a grounded way to understand what you’re carrying and create what comes next.
The name Blood & Honey comes from my own healing.
The blood represents the hard things: grief, trauma, burnout, bullying, and identity loss. The seasons where life felt heavy, sharp, and overwhelming.
The honey represents what comes after: clarity, resilience, creativity, and the moments you finally feel yourself again.
Creativity became my bridge back to myself. Journaling, painting, and self-expression gave me language when words failed. I learned that resilience isn’t something you’re born with. It’s something you can build... slowly, gently, and honestly.
Now, I help others do the same… turning what feels heavy into something meaningful, steady, and new.
I’m certified as both a Therapeutic Arts Practitioner and an Art Life Coach, blending evidence-informed practices with creative exploration.
My work is rooted in accessibility and safety — you never need to be “good at art” to benefit. You just have to be willing to meet yourself where you are.
Today, I guide:
• Women moving through emotional transitions and identity changes, through 1:1 sessions or small-group workshops
• Teams and workplaces seeking grounded tools for stress, adaptability, and connection
• Community groups wanting practical, creative ways to rebuild confidence after change
Whether we’re meeting online, in a workshop circle, or with your workplace team, my goal is simple:
to help you feel less overwhelmed… and more able to move forward.
Whether we’re gathering in a Yarmouth circle, connecting online, or meeting your team in Halifax, my goal is to create spaces where change feels less overwhelming and growth feels possible again.
Every space I hold is trauma-informed, choice-based, and safe. You’ll never be asked to share more than feels right. Growth unfolds at your pace, and I’m here to guide, not judge.
Clients often say they leave with a sense of relief, along with practical practices they can use in daily life, whether it’s managing stress, navigating grief, or finding energy again after burnout.
Resilience work doesn’t have to feel heavy. My sessions are playful, creative, and grounded, so you can breathe a little easier while learning tools that actually work.

The atmosphere was relaxed and enjoyable, and it felt so good to be able to just open my heart and let the creativity pour out. Raelynn is a fantastic facilitator who allows you to be yourself and guides the session in a natural and easygoing way. I found myself looking forward to our workshop night each week and really ruminating on the affirmations I chose and why they were important to me. There was zero pressure to be perfect and we were able to share lots of stories and laughs along the way. I would definitely recommend any of Raelynn’s workshops and can’t wait to see what she has planned in the future!
that made me feel completely at ease. I loved the variety of materials she provided during the sessions—it gave me the freedom to explore in ways that felt right for me. She’s also so easy to work with for 1:1 bookings and genuinely cares about making sure you’re happy with the activity and experience.

and because I’ve always loved creative outlets. I didn’t know what to expect and felt awkward at first, but once I picked up the hammer and smashed that first block, something opened up. The note inside hit me hard and brought out emotions I didn’t realize I was holding. Afterward, I felt more relaxed, more at peace. I didn’t feel any judgment, except from myself, and the process reminded me how important creative spaces like this are. I learned that I need more of them, more ways to let things go through art. The space felt grounded and soft, and Raelynn guided just enough while letting us find our own way.

but also at how overwhelming the world feels. Ripping up negative thoughts, punching clay, and turning all of it into something beautiful was exactly what I needed. I hadn’t realized how much tension I was holding until I started to breathe again. The experience was deeply cathartic; for a moment, all the noise in my head was quiet. I left lighter and more patient with myself, with this realization that it’s okay to be angry and that I don’t always have to be the calm one. The space was free, grounded, and understanding, and I loved how unstructured it was; we were able to just let us do what felt right for ourselves.

I arrived with this constant low simmering rage, part of it personal, part of it just the world. I was fired up, ready to release it. Punching my wet canvas full of the things that make me angry was incredibly satisfying; I could feel myself getting calmer with every rip, punch, and squish. By the end, I felt completely free. I felt like I’d met my true self again. The whole atmosphere was grounded and safe, yet cathartic and freeing at the same time. It reminded me I need to make space for all my emotions, not just the ones that feel comfortable. It was such a good, safe way to break something and let it all out.

My mom surprised me with the workshop, and at first I didn’t know what to do. But once I understood, I got excited to express myself. Smashing the brick and punching the clay helped me let out so much. I felt different afterward, lighter, more like myself. It was fun and freeing, and I felt like I could be fully me without judgment. The space was grounded, alive, and safe, and Raelynn’s energy made it easy to relax. It honestly felt perfect.
