Not at all. You don’t need artistic skill, just a willingness to try.
Creativity here isn’t about making something pretty; it’s about using simple, hands-on tools to help you process what’s happening, express emotion, and find your footing again.

Do I need to be creative or "good at art"?

I host workshops and private sessions locally in Yarmouth, Halifax, and across Nova Scotia, as well as online for individuals and teams.
Some workshops are offered seasonally, while 1:1 sessions are available year-round.

Where do you offer services?

This work is not therapy. It’s a trauma-informed, coaching-based approach that uses creative practices as practical tools for resilience and emotional regulation.
We focus on where you are now and how to move forward, through creativity, reflection, and self-awareness.

How are sessions different from therapy?

I primarily work with women who are moving through life changes, whether that’s grief, burnout, identity shifts, or creative disconnection. But I also work with men as well.
I also collaborate with workplaces and teams in Nova Scotia who want to strengthen resilience, adaptability, and wellbeing through creative process work.

What types of people do you work with?

i've got answers

Questions?

Because it's normal to wonder before you begin.

Every session begins with where you are. You’ll be guided through simple creative exercises like journaling, art-based expression, or reflection, to help you release tension, gain perspective, and reconnect with yourself.
We close each session with a few practical takeaways you can use in your daily life.

What happens in a 1:1 creative resilience session?

Yes! You can book The Rage Workshop, Rebirth & Power, or a custom team resilience session for your group, organization, or event.
Private workshops are ideal for small teams, leadership retreats, or community groups who want a creative, supportive way to move through stress and change together.

Can I book a private workshop or team session?

If you’re not sure where to start, book a free 20-minute discovery call.
We’ll talk through where you are, what you’re navigating, and which path (Begin, Build, Thrive, or a custom workshop) would best support your next step.

How do I know which service or package is right for me?

Yes, I can. Workplace and leadership clients can attend virtual creative resilience workshops.
These online sessions are highly interactive and can be customized to your team’s needs, time zone, and focus area.

Do you work with organizations outside of Nova Scotia?

- Melora

The atmosphere was relaxed and enjoyable, and it felt so good to be able to just open my heart and let the creativity pour out. Raelynn is a fantastic facilitator who allows you to be yourself and guides the session in a natural and easygoing way. I found myself looking forward to our workshop night each week and really ruminating on the affirmations I chose and why they were important to me. There was zero pressure to be perfect and we were able to share lots of stories and laughs along the way. I would definitely recommend any of Raelynn’s workshops and can’t wait to see what she has planned in the future!

The Affirmation Deck workshop I attended was

incredible!!!

that made me feel completely at ease. I loved the variety of materials she provided during the sessions—it gave me the freedom to explore in ways that felt right for me. She’s also so easy to work with for 1:1 bookings and genuinely cares about making sure you’re happy with the activity and experience.

Calm & Safe

and because I’ve always loved creative outlets. I didn’t know what to expect and felt awkward at first, but once I picked up the hammer and smashed that first block, something opened up. The note inside hit me hard and brought out emotions I didn’t realize I was holding. Afterward, I felt more relaxed, more at peace. I didn’t feel any judgment, except from myself, and the process reminded me how important creative spaces like this are. I learned that I need more of them, more ways to let things go through art. The space felt grounded and soft, and Raelynn guided just enough while letting us find our own way.

I joined because I needed to get rid of some

but also at how overwhelming the world feels. Ripping up negative thoughts, punching clay, and turning all of it into something beautiful was exactly what I needed. I hadn’t realized how much tension I was holding until I started to breathe again. The experience was deeply cathartic; for a moment, all the noise in my head was quiet. I left lighter and more patient with myself, with this realization that it’s okay to be angry and that I don’t always have to be the calm one. The space was free, grounded, and understanding, and I loved how unstructured it was; we were able to just let us do what felt right for ourselves.

I came in with a lot of anger, guilt, and shame

Mostly with myself

- Anonymous

I arrived with this constant low simmering rage, part of it personal, part of it just the world. I was fired up, ready to release it. Punching my wet canvas full of the things that make me angry was incredibly satisfying; I could feel myself getting calmer with every rip, punch, and squish. By the end, I felt completely free. I felt like I’d met my true self again. The whole atmosphere was grounded and safe, yet cathartic and freeing at the same time. It reminded me I need to make space for all my emotions, not just the ones that feel comfortable. It was such a good, safe way to break something and let it all out.

I was fired up, ready to

Release it

- Beau

My mom surprised me with the workshop, and at first I didn’t know what to do. But once I understood, I got excited to express myself. Smashing the brick and punching the clay helped me let out so much. I felt different afterward, lighter, more like myself. It was fun and freeing, and I felt like I could be fully me without judgment. The space was grounded, alive, and safe, and Raelynn’s energy made it easy to relax. It honestly felt perfect.

I felt different afterward, lighter,
