About Raelynn Goodwin

Creative Embodiment & Emotional Healing Coach for Women

I’m the founder of Blood & Honey Collective and a creative embodiment coach supporting women through emotional healing, burnout recovery, and identity transformation.

My work blends therapeutic arts, embodiment practices, and grounded spiritual insight to help women reconnect with themselves and move through life transitions with greater clarity and resilience.

Based in Nova Scotia, I offer creative healing workshops, group experiences, and transformational programs both locally and online.

Creative embodiment and emotional healing for women finding their way back to themselves.

While much of my work is intuitive and experience-based, it is also grounded in formal training and professional study.

My background includes:

• Certified Therapeutic Arts Practitioner
• Art Life Coach Certification
• Training in creative healing and expressive arts practices
• Ongoing study in embodiment practices, emotional processing, and personal development

This combination of structured training and lived experience allows me to guide women through emotional healing with both compassion and skill.

Over the past several years, I have facilitated workshops, creative healing experiences, and personal transformation containers for women navigating burnout, emotional healing, and identity transitions.

This Work didn't begin as a business, it began as a lifeline

My Background In Creative Healing & Therapeutic Arts

For many years I worked with creativity and therapeutic arts as a way to process emotion, explore identity, and support healing.

What began as creative expression slowly became something deeper.

I began hosting workshops, circles, and conversations where emotions could be explored honestly and safely, in Nova Scotia, both locally and online.

Over time Blood & Honey grew into a space where creativity, embodiment, and emotional healing come together.

The Moment I Realized
Women Needed Spaces Like This

There was a time in my life when I realized how many women were quietly carrying emotional weight they didn’t know how to release.

Burnout.
Grief.
Anger.
Identity shifts.

Many of us understand our emotions in our minds, but we were never given safe ways to actually move them through our bodies.

Creativity opened that door for me first.

And slowly, it began opening that door for other women too.

That realization eventually became Blood & Honey Collective.

Creative Healing is Deeper Than It Looks

At first glance, Blood & Honey Collective might look like a space for creativity, tarot, or workshops.

But the heart of this work is emotional healing and identity transformation.

Through creative embodiment practices, therapeutic arts, and guided reflection, women are able to safely explore emotions, reconnect with themselves, and move through burnout, grief, anger, and life transitions.

Creativity becomes the doorway,
but the real work is coming back into relationship with yourself.

Many women first discover Blood & Honey through a creative healing workshop or tarot reading, but stay because the deeper work of emotional healing and embodiment practices begins to unfold.

Fun Facts

1.

Creativity has always been my way of processing the world.

Long before it became part of my work, art was how I made sense of emotions, experiences, and the seasons of life.

2.

I believe emotions need somewhere to go.

When we don’t give them a safe place to move through conversation, creativity, or reflection, they tend to stay stuck inside us.

3.

I care deeply about creating emotionally safe spaces.

The kind where people can be honest without feeling like they have to perform or pretend to be okay.

4.

Motherhood has reshaped my understanding of identity.

It has taught me how many layers of ourselves exist beyond the roles we carry.

5.

Creativity and intuition often go hand in hand for me.

Sometimes a painting, a journal page, or a tarot card opens a conversation that words alone couldn’t reach.

6.

Community matters deeply to me.

Many of my workshops and spaces are designed to remind women they are not the only ones navigating what they’re feeling.

7.

I’m inspired by symbolism, cycles, and story.

Tarot, art, and reflection are ways I explore the deeper patterns that shape our lives.
