Effective date: May 2026
Last updated: July 7, 2026

1. Who We Are

Blood & Honey Collective ("we," "us," "our") is operated by Raelynn Goodwin, based in Nova Scotia, Canada. This policy explains what personal information we collect through bloodandhoneycollective.com (the "Site"), why we collect it, and what rights you have over it.

If you have questions about this policy or how your information is handled, contact us at bloodandhoneycollective@gmail.com.

2. What We Collect

We collect information in a few different ways, depending on how you interact with the Site:

Contact form. When you send a message through our contact page, we collect your name, email address, and whatever you write to us.

Email list. If you sign up for the 5-Day Creative Reset, a newsletter, or any other opt-in, we collect your name and email address through Flodesk, our email marketing provider.

Booking a call or session. If you book a discovery call, session, or workshop spot through our scheduling tool (Cloudspot), we collect your name, email address, and any scheduling details you provide.

Quiz responses. If you take the reflection quiz, your answers are collected through Google Forms.

Shop purchases. If you buy a tarot deck, affirmation cards, or digital resources through our shop, checkout is processed through Flodesk using Stripe as the payment processor. We collect your name, email, shipping address (for physical items), and order details. We do not store your full payment card information ourselves — Stripe handles and stores that directly.

Automatic website data. Like most websites, ours automatically collects technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited. We use Google Analytics to understand site traffic and how visitors use the Site, and the Meta Pixel to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and content on Instagram/Facebook. Both use cookies and similar tracking technology.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive health information as part of routine site use. Anything you choose to share with us in a session, message, or form is provided voluntarily and treated as confidential to the extent described below.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

Respond to your inquiries and messages
Schedule and deliver sessions, workshops, and programs
Send you the content you signed up for (newsletters, the Creative Reset, program materials)
Process and fulfill shop orders
Improve the Site and understand how visitors use it
Meet legal, accounting, or security obligations

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Who We Share It With

We share personal information only with the third-party services that help us run the business, including:

Flodesk — email marketing, newsletter delivery, and shop checkout
Stripe — payment processing for shop purchases
Cloudspot — scheduling and booking
Google Forms / Google — quiz responses
Google Analytics — website traffic and usage analytics
Meta (Instagram/Facebook) Pixel — advertising and content performance measurement

Each of these providers has its own privacy policy governing how they handle your data. We encourage you to review theirs as well.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the safety, rights, or property of Blood & Honey Collective, our clients, or others.

5. Cookies

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies, including those from Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel, to remember your preferences, understand site usage, and measure the performance of our content and ads. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics tracking using Google's opt-out browser add-on, though some parts of the Site may not function as intended if you do.

6. How Long We Keep Your Information

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, maintain business records, and meet legal or tax obligations. If you'd like your information deleted sooner, contact us and we'll do so unless we're required to retain it for legal reasons.

7. Your Rights

If you're in Canada, the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) gives you the right to access the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and withdraw consent for us to use it (subject to legal or contractual restrictions).

If you're in the EU/UK, you may have additional rights under GDPR, including the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data, and to object to certain processing.

If you're a California resident, you may have rights under the CCPA/CPRA regarding access to and deletion of your personal information.

To exercise any of these rights, email bloodandhoneycollective@gmail.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time.

8. Children's Privacy

The Site and our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the personal information we collect, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
